 Every month, the price of materials and the cost of land increases. Whether you are thinking of building in a few years or a few months, it is important to understand what effect waiting has on the cost of your project.

For the first time home buyer financing the purchase has become a big challenge. Lenders, in general are requiring larger down payments and higher credit scores, criteria that can trip up a first-time home buyer.
